   Every Airbnb price tip

   The morning run applies each nightly price tip, including tips left off Airbnb's Apply all. The saved nights are stored in TurnGenius.

   Then Vrbo, 15% higher

   When that Airbnb import succeeds, Vrbo nightly rates are written at 15% above those prices.

   From today, and close-in stays

   Vrbo rates are written from today forward. For check-in dates in the next five days, the minimum stay is one night shorter than the usual rule for that date.

   Same morning run

   Guest phones and Vrbo guest counts land in that same morning run. Email [email protected] to have Pricing sync set up.
